Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using BitPlay AI: Crypto Portfolio ("the App"), published by vpn-cardiff, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the developer, Adel Amin.
What BitPlay AI is — and is not
BitPlay AI is an educational portfolio tracking and learning tool. It helps you manually track crypto holdings, view market data, receive AI-generated summaries in plain language, and practice decision-making through simulated scenarios.
BitPlay AI is not a financial advisor, broker, exchange, or investment platform. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, trading signals, buy/sell recommendations, or a guarantee of profit or loss avoidance. All content — including AI-generated text — is for informational and educational purposes only.
Your responsibility
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and risky. You alone are responsible for your financial decisions. Before making any real-world investment, consult qualified professionals and do your own research. The Play Mode scenarios are simulations — they do not reflect actual market outcomes and should not be treated as predictive.
AI-generated content
The App uses OpenAI, a third-party artificial intelligence service, to generate text responses such as daily Pulse summaries and Play Mode explanations. When you use these features:
- Only the text you type into the message field is transmitted to OpenAI for processing.
- No personal information — names, emails, phone numbers, wallet addresses, or account credentials — is sent alongside your message.
- AI responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or oversimplifications. Always verify important information independently.
- OpenAI operates as an independent third-party service with its own terms and privacy practices.
Data and privacy
The App does not require user registration and does not collect personal data. Portfolio information you enter is stored locally on your device. A non-personal anonymous device identifier may be used for analytics (via Singular) and push notifications (via OneSignal). Users do not exchange data with each other. Third-party services
The App integrates the following independent third-party services, each governed by its own terms:
- Singular — mobile attribution and analytics. Processes anonymous usage data to help us understand App performance.
- OneSignal — push notification infrastructure. Delivers optional daily reports and updates using a device-level identifier.
- OpenAI — AI text generation. Processes only the plain-text content of messages you submit through AI features.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of AI features constitutes acknowledgment that message text will be processed by OpenAI as described above.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate applicable regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
- Submit abusive, harmful, or misleading content through AI features.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional financial advice.
- Interfere with the App's operation or connected third-party services.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, logos, original content, and underlying code are the property of vpn-cardiff and Adel Amin. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Cryptocurrency names and market data belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that market data, risk scores, or AI summaries will be accurate, complete, or current. Price data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vpn-cardiff, Adel Amin, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including financial losses arising from investment decisions made based on App content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App and delete it from your device.
Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
